Detail Green is nationally accredited to complete residential energy ratings for new homes, renovations and extensions. Energy ratings are also called NatHERS, First Rate or Accurate assessments.

First Rate +

This more involved approach to energy ratings allows us to assist clients improve thermal envelope design, and achieve both higher star ratings and cost optimisation.

Multiple iterations of energy modelling, commencing at completion of concept design demonstrate the potential thermal performance of the building early in the design process. This information allows optimisation throughout design development as well as experimentation with differing materials and window combinations to achieve a result that balances high levels of thermal performance and the project budget.
